Thought for the Dazed

I've had to give up that Distance Learning course as I was having trouble seeing the teacher.

Ace Wednesday

01acewed
Ace audience

Another day, another ACE talk.  Another great audience. I've no idea how Danni does it, but she gets in premium students each time. Anyway, today Digby sort of behaved himself, and of course got more applause than anyone else. I'm thinking about giving him his own blog on this site, but I'm not sure he needs the extra exposure..

Hiya i really enjoyed your lecture =) can you please post the program you used? Thankyou
You can find the program in the downloads section. There are some helpful links for Visual Studio 2005 Express too.

That was me :D.

Just wanted to drop in to say thanks for the interesting lecture. I was especially happy to see someone teaching C#; .NET is awesome.

I started learning it a few months ago and I must say, I prefer it out of all the other object orientated languages (the best programming paradigm imo).

So yeah, thanks again for the interesting lecture and stuff.

Also, my RTF editor I made some time ago:

Glad you like the stuff people. I had an I-Cybie for a while. They are quite neat. Only problem is that the battery doesn't last very long. But you do get a remote control so that you can make him do stuff to order.

I've put up a quick post on the site which has some hints for getting started programming.

As a special offer to those at the lectures, let me know your address (send an email to rob at robmiles.com) and I'll post you a copy of our programming notes.
