Well, 2 things: 1. You get this dialog even if there is no previous successful build 2. It is about Errors when it displays the infomation icon rather than the more apropriate Error icon.
(a) almost nobody will ever want to say yes so it's daft to show this dialog by default. (b) if you check the "do not show again" option and then mistakenly click Yes you'll be forced to go hunting through the morass of VS options to switch it off.
