I picked up this sticker thing from a stand in Bulgaria last week. I’ve no idea what the instructions say. Any ideas folks?

There is a rather tall man in these parts who may have a phone something like this, arrest on sight?

Basically, you can use it to clean the display of your phone and you could also attach it to its back to have it handy as it's shown in the second picture. I don't know how that works though.
