Thought for the Dazed

I've had to give up that Distance Learning course as I was having trouble seeing the teacher.

Friday Food

Went out for a meal with Andy and Andrew tonight. Andy suggested a place where they come to the table and cook your food in front of you.

We had "The Chef in the Green Hat". He was very cool. And the food was delicious.

Hi Rob.

Your games on MSDN, the code only works with WM5

I've installed the trial of 2008 pro edition. So I now have the mobile template.

I went into 2003 project, with network 3.5 I think it needs 2.0? I should select that one.

But the code from the pc to mobile is different, my pixels aren't declared. But they work fine in the paint method for pc in windows forms.

I have Active sync 3.7 that should be ok for my 2003. When i did try deploying it said my one was too old. And needed an update...

I don't want images, I want the GDI+. And there aren't any tutorials on how to make your stuff using just VB. Please reply

I'm sorry, the games are a bit old. However the way that GDI+ is used on the platforms is broadly similar. The problem is that I've never used VB to create games and so I'm not really in a position to give you much more help I'm afraid. You might want to chase up the on-line code for this book, since that seems to have some VB GDI+ examples.

Hi Rob, finally you replied!

I was left in dispair!

That book mentioned classic style games, just perfect!

In VB....I wonder and GDI+

Do you upgrading to WM6? How does anyone develop for that?

And, would you know if 03 small app works on 5, 6, and possibly 7.
