Thought for the Dazed

I've had to give up that Distance Learning course as I was having trouble seeing the teacher.

How Many People Per Pizza?

I'm planning the food for next week's Christmas Bash at Hull. Of course we are having pizza. But the question arises, how many do we need? I'm expecting around 60 or so students (the fact they are students might be significant here).

How many large pizzas will fit the bill and leave us neither looking stingy or wading in cheese?

Depends on how many slices per pizza?

It also depends on how large the pizzas are. I know its bold but i'm going to go for either 30 or 28 pizzas since not everyone can at a half of a pizza.

Also, are tickets still available and is the Uni open on Sunday for coursework submittal ?

Its not an exact science but I would say a 1/3 (2 to 3 slices a person) to a half a pizza per student (3 to 4 slices a person). Realize their incomes are low and your offering them something free. Somewhere 20 to 30 pizzas.

Longer you keep them the more pizza you will need. (More time to politely grab seconds)

Just like to note that I'll be going but don't like tomato-based pizza, so make sure to order a good range of them.
What!?

Pizza without tomato is just 1/2 a toasted cheese sarny!

Begone weirdo!

So your argument is that it's still a Pizza 'cause the French do something weird with it too?

Since when does ANYTHING the French do make sense?

May I also remind you the French think that frogs and snails are quality food...

So I don't think you should put too much faith in anything from any region of France.
