Thought for the Dazed

I've had to give up that Distance Learning course as I was having trouble seeing the teacher.

Zero Marks

Ever tried to explain arrays, subscripts and addressing in a C# programming lecture where somebody seems to have swiped all the marker pens for the whiteboard?

I have. It is really hard. Never mind. At least I got a blog post out of it. (as I said I would...)

Isn't that when you hook your Tablet PC up to the projector and use your stylus? :-)

Some time ago I might have done that...

However I now use a "minimalist" approach to lecturing. I use the PC which is in the lecture theatre and load all my slides off our Sharepoint site. That way I'm working from exactly what the students can see. The only things I take to the lecture are my remote control to change the slides and some pens.....

So, have you managed to find the pens yet Rob? If not however get some back ups in tinme for next lecture, which I think is Friday. It makes things easier, either way so far so good.

Maybe you should try tying a pen to a string ad attaching that to your belt!
