Swiss Army Explosive

The motorway just down the road from us might have to be closed soon because someone out with a metal detector discovered a large piece of unexploded second world war hardware buried in a field. The local news said that it was a "100 pound general purpose bomb". I'm wondering if this means that you could also use it as a can opener and corkscrew etc.
