We got our new blue recycling bin today. Pop quiz. We have our bin emptied on Tuesday. So when do we leave our blue bin out?

What the hell does this mean?! The colours are so bold, I could hardly look at it without my mind drifting off to happy things like white chocolate and BabyBells. I had to partially unplug my monitor to eliminate the colours (I'm sure there is an easier way...) before I could even start deciphering it. My conclusion: No Idea!
